Somatic Therapy & Movement

These sessions are about helping you come home to your body and feel more grounded in yourself. Together we create a space where you can gently notice how your experiences, emotions and patterns are held in your body. As you bring awareness to what’s there, you can begin to release what no longer serves you and feel a greater sense of ease, clarity and self‑compassion.

  • Somatic therapy may be right for you if you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in familiar cycles or find it hard to feel calm and present. Many people find it helpful for anxiety, stress, trauma or when they sense their body is holding more than they can put into words.

  • We move at your pace, following what feels safe and supportive for you. With breath, awareness and simple movement we gently explore what your body is holding and allow it to soften. Over time this can help your nervous system settle and help you feel more at ease in yourself.

Yoga & Breathwork

Yoga & breath work sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on helping you feel more at home in your body, calm in your mind, and connected to yourself. Practices may include gentle postures, breath work and mindful movement to release tension and build resilience.

  • Yoga & breathwork are for anyone who wants to feel more at ease and connected to their body. No experience is needed, sessions can be adapted for all abilities and levels of comfort.

  • We move gently, with awareness and intention. Depending on your needs, we may focus on the breath, stretches, strengthening, or simply finding stillness in motion.

    A regular yoga practice:

Holistic Counselling

Holistic counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore what’s present for you, including your thoughts, feelings and the challenges you’re navigating. These sessions meet you where you are, helping you untangle what feels overwhelming, gain clarity and feel more centred in yourself. Together we can also explore what sits beneath the surface and create space for insight and gentle self-discovery.

  • This is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or finding it hard to navigate what you’re going through. You might be carrying big emotions, feeling disconnected from yourself, or just needing space to talk things through. Holistic counselling gives you a calm, supportive place to make sense of what you’re feeling and work out what you need.

  • Each session is guided by what you need most on the day. We start by talking through what’s been on your mind and what you’d like to focus on. Sometimes that means exploring what’s happening right now. Other times we might notice patterns, reflect on past experiences, or tune into how your body is holding stress. I’ll support you to move at your own pace, offering a calm space where you can feel heard, understood and supported to find your way forward.
