These sessions are about helping you come home to your body and feel more grounded in yourself. Together we create a space where you can gently notice how your experiences, emotions and patterns are held in your body. As you bring awareness to what’s there, you can begin to release what no longer serves you and feel a greater sense of ease, clarity and self‑compassion.

Somatic therapy may be right for you if you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in familiar cycles or find it hard to feel calm and present. Many people find it helpful for anxiety, stress, trauma or when they sense their body is holding more than they can put into words.

We move at your pace, following what feels safe and supportive for you. With breath, awareness and simple movement we gently explore what your body is holding and allow it to soften. Over time this can help your nervous system settle and help you feel more at ease in yourself.

Holistic counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore what’s present for you, including your thoughts, feelings and the challenges you’re navigating. These sessions meet you where you are, helping you untangle what feels overwhelming, gain clarity and feel more centred in yourself. Together we can also explore what sits beneath the surface and create space for insight and gentle self-discovery.

This is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or finding it hard to navigate what you’re going through. You might be carrying big emotions, feeling disconnected from yourself, or just needing space to talk things through. Holistic counselling gives you a calm, supportive place to make sense of what you’re feeling and work out what you need.

Each session is guided by what you need most on the day. We start by talking through what’s been on your mind and what you’d like to focus on. Sometimes that means exploring what’s happening right now. Other times we might notice patterns, reflect on past experiences, or tune into how your body is holding stress. I’ll support you to move at your own pace, offering a calm space where you can feel heard, understood and supported to find your way forward.

In preparation, we clarify your intentions and build practical tools to help you feel grounded and open to the process. Afterward, we create space to reflect on what came up, make sense of your experience, and explore how to carry it forward into your daily life.

You might feel unsure how to prepare, worried about what might come up, or struggling to make sense of your experience afterward. Preparation and integration support helps you feel ready going in and supported as you process and move forward.

Doula & Spiritual Midwife
Doula and spiritual midwife support provides calm and compassionate care through life’s most profound transitions such as birth, postpartum, and major loss like divorce, major diagnosis or end of life. Together we create space for you to feel held, informed and supported as you move through these sacred experiences.

This may be for you if you are preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, moving through grief or major transitions such as end of life or life cycles. These sessions offer guidance, presence and reassurance through what can feel like overwhelming and emotional times.

We’ll meet either online or in person and talk about what kind of support you’d like. Whether it’s help preparing for birth, hands‑on support during labour, postpartum or end of life care for your family, doula services are all-encompassing. Coaching and support during menopause and divorce are especially nourishing.
